DELIVERY POLICY
Here at Yumi Nutrition we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
We know that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we send every order within the mainland USA by UPS or USPS.
Please note that whilst we promise to ship your order quickly, the delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the rest of North America and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.
How will my parcel be sent to US mainland?
You can choose from three postage options: Standard, Second or First Class shipping.
Standard postage is $3.50, dependent on the weight and size of your order, and will be sent by USPS and should take 3 - 7 working days for delivery.
Standard Postage for large items will be sent using a courier and should take 2 - 3 days for delivery.
First class expedited shipping postage using UPS Priority costs $4.50. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days for orders placed before 3pm on working days.
How will my parcel be sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam?
Your order will be sent by USPS or UPS and should take 3 - 7 working days since collection day to arrive. This shipping method is free. Should the item not arrive within this time scale, please contact us.
How will my item(s) be sent to the rest of North America or the rest of the world?
All international items will be sent using Royal Mail from our UK location. Shipping can take up to a month to arrive to some countries and locations, due to air capacity availability, local emergency border controls and any in country operational restrictions implemented by mail operators.
Please note our shipping charges do not allow for any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying such charges.
We have also made every effort to make our shipping charges as accurate as possible, however, occasionally the amount charged may be insufficient to cover the cost. If this is the case you will be given the opportunity to either pay the additional amount or alternatively we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with your tracking number.
Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us - we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by USPS or Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the USPS and Royal Mail have a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, if your item is not collected and is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage.
If not received on time, your international parcel will be deemed lost after 21 days since shipment date, provided there have been no updates in the last 7 days. The same applies for any orders containing Mindfulness gummies that have to be shipped to the US from our UK location.
What if my gummies are confiscated by customs?
Please note that we ship a variety of gummy products internationally. We always make sure to provide a customs declaration form to speed up processing. However, due to the often changing laws regarding CBD containing products and their labelling that vary within countries and even federal territories, we cannot offer compensation in case the product is seized by customs authorities, so please check the legal requirements for CBD containing products in your country before placing your order.
